We found Keaton to be extremely knowledge, helpful and listen to everything we asked. He gave his opinion on everything we asked about in the industry he is in. We left there after the signing feeling very happy about what we were doing because we had been giving the right advice. We would recommend Keaton to anybody who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Keaton and the team were great to work with, answering all our questions along the way and understanding of our perspective with purchasing our new home. Keaton and the team were very transparent with us about challenges with the seller and assisted us to come to an agreement to buy our dream home.

Murray gave us great advice on how to spruce up our property for a quick sale, we were very happy to receive an offer at the price we wanted within 10 days. He has gone above and beyond with helping us to buy our next home with an easy transition too.

After considering three different realtors we felt that Jay had ticked every box and his approach was different to what everyone else was doing. He stood out from the approach he had towards selling our home but as well as not over complicating the details which I found I had problems with confusion when we were searching around. As soon as Jay emailed back with his outline of fees, approach for selling and marketing etc I knew straight away wow how simple to follow and read and from that moment everything else went out the window for me. From the moment we said yes to Jay selling our home I didn't expect it to be SOLD within 2 WEEKS during a pandemic! I mean what more could you want? We were worried as we didn't know if the house would sell quick enough for us as we would of needed to re rent it out if it wasn't sold within 3 months but we also needed it to be sold at a certain amount. I would save everyone the hassle and just go straight to Jay. I honestly cannot fault not one thing and if I ever need to sell again he would be the one and only! Very smoothe sailing, stress free experience with Jay but also with all involved within the Barr and Standley team. Keep up the incredible flawless work!

I thought Jay's knowledge and marketing strategies were very sound and obviously drawn from his years of experience. We had no hesitation in trusting him and his advice and although in the end we didn't get anywhere near the price we were hoping for, we know that he tried hard to bat for us and bargain as best he could for us.( All weekend!) In the end we decided to accept this last offer as we realised that in this current climate we weren't going to get any better offer and that in the future, prices might drop even further,

My son Mitch purchased his first house through Keaton. He was fair and reasonable throughout the whole process, and highly approachable. His PA Rachel was always available to answer any questions and follow up anything we weren't sure about. They made the process go a lot smoother than we expected. His communications were always prompt, and he was easy to talk to. Thanks for everything Keaton & Rachel!

We are very appreciative of the expertise, service and support from Jay, Anrie and Josh who have all helped us in every way. We live in Kings Beach Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and have purchased our new house without actually inspection personally but by Facetime visit, and inspection by our son in law who also appreciated the service offered by Josh, particularly. We look forward to meeting you all face to face when we arrive as new residents of Bunbury WA.
