Eugene was extremely helpful to me. I met him when I looked at property he was selling which was not quite what I wanted. He did not try to sell me anything unsuitable but listened carefully to me when I described what I wanted. I had been looking seriously for about 7 months so I needed help. He rang me when approached by a potential seller, a friend of a client whose apartment he was currently selling, because he thought that property would be perfect for me. it was, and I bought it before it went on the market, which was a very unstressful way to buy. A win-win for me and the seller. And he was very helpful subsequently and assisted in many ways to make the settlement process easier.
