Great result! We couldn't be happier!
We got a fantastic result with price we were after (and a little more) due to Alice's hard work. We really feel she left absolutely nothing to chance. She organized as many open for inspections as she could possibly have done, and followed up dutifully with every interested party. Alice relayed all information to us and kept us feeling extremely informed during the whole campaign. We are currently living in WA but felt close to the action due to Alice's regular updates and friendly chats. Alice's honest approach, down to earth nature, sense of humour and experience in the industry made what might have been a stressful experience for us, as smooth as possible. Wow. Just wow.
My past experience with agents have been poor so when this real estate need arose, I approached Eugene with a lot of caution and not a lot of optimism. He very quickly changed my perception with his hard working ethos, open and transparent communication and above all, he was very approachable and nothing was too difficult. He did everything he said he would and exactly when he would, which built up my trust and his credibility. Fantastic agent

Great Responsible Agent!
Eugene has been very helpful during my purchase of the dock 5 apartment. He has local knowledge around the dockland area and be able to provide comprehensive information of the pro and cons of the different buildings in the area. From the first engagement till the purchase of the building, Eugene has attended promptly to my inquires, and be able to follow up with matters even they are outside of his responsibility.
