We found Ryan to be very professional all the way through the property buying process. His knowledge of the property and location features was insightful and assisted us greatly with our purchase decision. Ryan's communication is genuine and timely. He takes a sincere interest in understanding the needs of the vendor and buyer, in order to facilitate the right match and create success for all parties involved.

Professionalism, enthusiasm and excellent communication were the key attributes Todd, Mary and Mimma, of Team Lucas at Barry Plant Real Estate in East Doncaster, brought with them during the sale of our family home in July 2021. An integral part of the sale process was to gain a knowledge of the local market and in this regards, Todd did keep us fully informed about the local housing market and the potential buyers for our property. This did give us a very good guide in forming our own expectations. Despite a strong housing market, there was still, at the time of the sale, a high degree of uncertainty caused by the Covid19 pandemic being ever present in the community. This did impact on the marketing plans for our property. Nevertheless, our home was sold on the day for a fair price and one that we were happy to accept.

It was a pleasure to entrust the sale of our home to Theo having just purchased a property which he facilitated. Whilst we didn't quite achieve the result we had hoped for it wasn't due to a lack of effort, care and responsibility by Theo and his team. His knowledge of the area, marketing, attention to detail and stakeholder management was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Theo negotiated with potential buyers several days prior to scheduled auction date and obtained a sale for a price at the absolute top of my expectations. He knows the local market like the back of his hand and quickly separates potential buyers from those who are just having a look.
