Excellent journey and fantastic result
We chose Todd as our agent based on his enthusiastic approach, good results at some previous auctions and his personable approach to setting out his proposal for the sale of our house. Todd kept us well informed throughout with many personal phone calls plus the normal weekly reports. In a very difficult time with limited inspections and video walk-throughs he was able to develop interest for a large number of potential buyers and convince us to put the house on the market earlier than intended. The resulting sale was substantially above our "before auction" price point with Todd negotiating with many individual buyers to get the best result. Based on recent auction results, Todd's approach was shown to be the right solution for the group of buyers, the market at the time and especially for us. We have no reservation in recommending Todd to other vendors to obtain outstanding service and excellent results.

Problem solved without stress
After sitting on our deceased parent's property which was very neglected after being used as cheap accommodation for grand-children for many years, we engaged Scott for advice with a plan to sell. Scott gave us confidence to list the property and said it could be sold quickly without spending thousands to return it to its once prime condition. Within a few weeks he had several keen offers and we agreed on a price before Auction without any stress. We agreed on a longer settlement to give us time to remove junk stored there, provide time for grand-children to find alternative arrangements and developers time to get permits.

Above my expectations !
I met Scott a few years ago when I stopped to inspect a home that appealed to me. At the time I walked away thinking Scott was very pleasant with lots of knowledge within the Doncaster area.
