I find Scott very professional, knows the market. He gave me some constructive tips on what to do the house in order to make the house ready for sale. I was expecting a little more, but due to the lockdown, what can be expected might not always come to tuition. I think he did his best under the circumstances

Great Experience so far
This was my first experience in selling house so I was very confused and unclear on the procedure, getting house prepared for inspection and the complete sales process. I spoke to few local agents and I was still not getting confidence and speaking to Scott gave me that confidence. He explained me the complete process by coming down to my level and then helped me getting the house ready for inspection. Normally other agents don't give any real help unless you signup with them but he went extra mile for example by giving us his trusted handyman's contact for getting the house ready for inspection. I think I had a trustful relationship with Scott and that trust grew stronger and stronger during the sales process. Overall I am happy with the outcome so highly recomend him, good luck.

Great experience and outstanding result achieved
Really enjoyed working with Scott as a first-time vendor. Aside from his outstanding local market knowledge and dedication to getting the "best" outcome, I most admired his honesty and his calming demeanour that was such an asset during a protracted COVID-impacted sales campaign. Scott knew his facts and figures and was contactable any time/day, which I valued highly as well. A big thank you to Scott and his team for getting the job done. Helpful and Sound local knowledge
Scott and his team are very helpful, from supervising the photo shoot at the start of the campaign to best present our property on the web listing till the very final auction day despite hail and pouring rain. We are delighted with the auction result and would highly recommend them.
