I approached Scott in mid December 2020 to discuss the intention of selling my house. I decided in the new year of 2021 to go ahead and sell. Scott was professional upfront honest caring and put me right at ease when I met with him at his office with my son. I am extremely pleased with the way Scott handled my Auction. His magnificent team of Todd doing the Auction, Isabella meet and greeting people and Scott head consultant chatting with prospective buyers making the day flow beautifully. I had an amazing result couldn't have asked for anyone better. During the time from beginning to end Scott always made himself available to me to answer my questions. He took the time to talk me through the process, and calmed my nerves when things seemed a little daunting. True to his word, he matched my asking sale price, and 30 days period to sell the property, which was pretty amazing considering the fact that we had just been out of a pandemic from the year before. Highly recommended.
