True to his word, he matched my asking sale price, and 30 days period to sell the property, which was pretty amazing considering the fact that we had just been out of a pandemic from the year before. After meeting with the client and working out there was no suitable floor plans in my off the plan development, Scott still managed to secure the sale but redrawing a plan that did suit them right in front of the client. What is most amazing is the redrawn plan had no impact on the buildings design parameters. Scott's in depth knowledge goes well beyond sales and in normal circumstances the client would have bought elsewhere.
