There was just one hitch that prevented there being all gold stars. When signing the Contract of Sale I asked about the form to be signed and passed on to the purchaser to sign, enabling the full deposit to be handed over. There was a vague response, it wasn't done and Kevin and I had to return the next day with a copy we had and quietly insist to the person in the Blackburn office, that it be forwarded to Mark's office. We then had to wait 28 days. A little disappointing in an otherwise flawless procedure. Putting that aside well done on a quick result and our sincere thanks.

I met Mark late 2017 at an open inspection and though I didn’t purchase my property from Barry Plant, I did remember Mark’s manner in how he conducted himself with potential buyers at open inspections. When it was time for me to sell my property, I interviewed a number of agents to see who would be the best choice based on knowledge of the Manningham area, investment they make into selling the property, and how they market their listings. The interviews validated my choice in choosing Mark to sell my property, even though the house was quite modest with a few challenges for Mark to overcome. Mark kept me well informed of how things were proceeding during the campaign (even when they were not all that positive) and respected my method of communication due to my work/study commitment during the weeks leading up to the auction.
