Mark has surpassed all my expectations once again. This has been our second property sale transaction with Mark and I couldn't be any happier. His people and communications skills are exemplary, which ensures that he will always generate the best possible result for the vendor. He is also very honest in his feedback which some say is uncommon these days. I would never contemplate using any other agent and therefore, highly recommend his services to any prospective vendor.

Having been in the real estate industry myself for over 27 years i have encountered many real estate agents who claim they are God's gift to the industry but deliver little. We mate the choice not to go with Mark to sell our family home and decided to initially list with another local agent only to discover the hard way that it was the wrong choice. After realising our error we called Mark back and he immediately began to re launch the campaign and sold our home in a timely and professional manner. i would highly recommend Mark and his team to sell your property. Mark was sincere, down to earth and professional. He did everything he said he would do, plus more. We were amazed at how closely his predictions were to the eventual outcomes, which is very reassuring. Mark prepared us well for every step of the sell process, and in the end gained us the best possible outcome in a difficult market. Thanks Mark and Team!

Mark Di Giulio of Barry Plant Manningham has done an outstanding job in selling our property in Lower Templestowe. We initially met Mark at his offices where he spent a considerable amount of time answering our questions, providing us with information and statistics on house sales in our area, as well as providing us with advice on how best we should market our property to obtain the best possible outcome. We found Mark very professional to deal with, honest, very knowledgeable, and we knew right away that he would be the best person to look after our most valuable asset. Mark’s assistant Jasmine was also very professional to deal with in terms of arranging the selection of photos and selecting script that would promote our property in the most effective way. Our listing looked amazing! Mark and his team are very well organised and provide great attention to detail. Throughout the marketing campaign Mark and his team kept us up to date after each open for inspection with details of number of parties coming through our property, together with feedback on the level of interest that was expressed. They made the whole process painless and efficient. On auction day Mark was spectacular – the professionalism, the immediate connection he made with people attending was admirable. Mark walked us through the entire auction day process and was very effective in alleviating our nerves. He worked extremely hard to not only meet our expectations, but to exceed them. He has remained in contact with us since the successful auction and has made it very clear that he will be available to assist us with anything we need right up until settlement day. We would highly recommend Mark and the team at Barry Plant Manningham to anyone looking to sell a property. Rest assured that you will be engaging the BEST and will be working with an exceptionally professional team that will obtain the very best possible outcome. Can’t thank them enough!

The overall service that Mark provided us was absolutely superb. From the very start, he was diligent in his role as our agent and filled his obligations to the very best of his ability, demonstrated by his tireless efforts to ensure that we knew exactly what to expect come auction day. His open and transparent personality made us feel at ease throughout the entire process, and he answered every question and query in a thorough manner that allowed us to put our complete trust in him. His resume speaks for itself, and it's no surprise that year after year he accumulates well deserved accolades because we were left more than satisfied with the overall result. I will definitely be going straight back to Mark should we require the services of a real estate agent in the future, and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a down to earth and highly knowledgeable agent. 10/10.
