I have been following Mark for quite sometime and have now had the full understanding as why he is the best in his field. Mark is able to listen to his customers and what is important. For us it was making sure Mark understood our emotional connection to the property and to respect it like it was his own. Mark showed that to us by his actions and being transparent with us at all times. Mark is an agent that can build genuine rapport with owners but he shines when he builds the rapport with the potential buyers, which only helps his client come negotiation time. His professionalism is second to none. His honesty and credibility is something you cannot teach and that speaks high volume of his own morals. Outside the outstanding sale result - $150k over reserve- he is an agent that you build long term relationships with. Mark and his team were outstanding. Wouldn’t look elsewhere.

Mark and David (Napoleone) were an excellent team. We were told selling would be one of the most stressful processes by friends and family. But Mark and Davids’ honesty, care and constant communication kept us calm and informed. We had a very tight deadline to hit, and although our property wasn’t the most valuable they were working on, they treated us as if we were their only customers and exceeded our expectations both in their delivery and sale price.

My husband and I were very anxious about the selling process. We interviewed several agents in the area, and ultimately chose Theo Politis and the Barry Plant team.
