Mark was a very helpful and considerate agent with the selling of our house in Bulleen. He did everything we asked of him without hesitation and with a pleasant nature. I found the day stressful but Mark did all he could to make the day run smoothly and successfully.....I am very grateful for all his efforts and thank him for the whole campaign.

We are so happy that after interviewing 3 agents we chose "Team Theo" of Barry Plant Mannigham to sell our house. Theo sent his style consultant to help us arrange our furniture to highlight the features of our house to advantage & their photographer was so professional, taking some fabulous photos that we will treasure in our album. Advertising was spot on & the response was amazing. Immediately after each viewing we would get a quick SMS of how many attended & what the sale prospects were followed by a detailed report each Monday. Theo & Spiros and his whole team kept assuring us of a great sale and calming us on the day of the auction & we were thrilled with the final result which was beyond our expectations. We really did get the red carpet experience from "Team Theo" and we cannot thank them all enough. We have no hesitation in recommending "Team Theo" to any prospective sellers in the Mannigham area. Mark Di Giulio did a fabulous job with the sale of our home. He is very professional and has a well trained and organized team to support him. From day 1 Mark took us through the process so we understood exactly what was happening and when. The weekly reports he provided kept us updated on how things were progressing and whether the trends were heading in the right direction. Mark conducted the auction in a very professional manner which resulted us in achieving an outstanding result of $250k over our reserve price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark as he is a man of integrity and high achiever who gets results.

I thought mark's overall approach to the question of selling a house was excellent. He and I had several strategy meetings where we discussed private sale vs auction, program of inspections, marketing plan, auction strategy. Mark's work was thorough, inclusive and purposeful. The marketing plan was really excellent - the marketing numbers were astonishing to me - with high numbers of visits to the website page, visitors to the house on open days, requests for Section 32 documents, numbers of repeat visits. I feel that the auction was a roaring success in that there were so many people participating in the bidding, and this happened because the marketing program had been so effective. Throughout the campaign, Mark's manner was always friendly, interested and professional. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole exercise. I would be happy to use Mark again, and would be very happy to recommend him to anybody.

Without question, Mark is someone every Vendor would want on their team. We interviewed a number of estate agents for the task of managing our sales campaign and the auctioning of our property on the day, and in choosing Mark, we can say it was absolutely the best decision we could have made. Every detail from the marketing of our property, communication with us over the course of the campaign, to the very skillful way he handled our auction on the day, and delivered us an exceptional result that far exceeded our expectations. We consider Mark one of Manningham's top performing Sales Agents and are very happy to recommend him and his sales team of David, Robert and Lisa to anyone looking to sell their home.

We engaged Theo Politis after interviewing several agents. His local knowledge and sales history in our immediate area was outstanding and more importantly for us his communication was first rate. As we reside interstate, having an agent that was proactive and highly communicative was important and throughout the whole process we always knew where things were at. The high level of service was complimented by an excellent sale price and we would not hesitate to recommend Theo and his team.
