His trustworthiness, honesty and warm personality is a real reflection of his success in real estate. Mark is an exceptional asset to Barry Plant. Thank you once again Mark! Mark & his team did a great job of setting appropriate expectations and communicating through the whole process. On the sale day, even though we didn't reach our reserve price during the auction, he managed the negotiation so that we achieved a great result for everyone. I couldn't be more pleased.

Theo Politis … What is there not to like about him? Upon first meeting Theo to value our home several years ago, he greeted us with a friendly relaxed smile and calmness that created an instant likeable and comfortable connection. Then and there, we made a decision to entrust him with the difficult task of selling our precious parents’ home instead, which was successful beyond our wildest dreams. That sale was conducted with professionalism but more importantly, compassion, and caring and we know our Mum & Dad would have been overwhelmingly happy with the respect and outcome. We had complete confidence and trusted in all Theo’s expertise, knowledge and advice, so, inviting him back again two years later to finally sell our own beautiful family home, was never a doubt, which again had another successful outcome. Genuine, is how we felt about Theo. We were always confident, trusting and appreciative of his guidance, along with the competent assistance from his wonderful support team, which has always been outstanding and still ongoing. Theo has now successfully sold two properties for us, and there is no doubt in recommending him as a number one Outstanding Agent. Thanks go Theo and his wonderful support team, a true asset to Barry Plants.

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Mark stood out ! We spoke with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Although house passed in at the auction it went under contract next day. We appreciated mark walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I'd recommend Mark t to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better agent.

The decision to sell our family home of 15 years pulled many emotional strings for all members of the family. Although we received referrals to various agents, it was a life changing matter and had to be taken in our own hands. We researched online for the best performing agent in Bulleen. Our research on property listings and excellent auction results in Manningham lead us to our superstar agent Mark Di Giulio! Our modest home may have been one of his biggest challenge with very little incentive. Nevertheless Mark treated our family wholeheartedly with his dedication, enthusiasm and honest work ethics. The result of our auction is outstanding for a modest home! The buyer is very happy and we are also delighted to close this chapter and move on to our next property. Mark is an agent we will always remember and will continue to work with for many years to come. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we wish you all the best with your future endeavours.

Mark Di Giulio is the best. He was at all times respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, strategic and kind. He worked wonderfully well with our other agent from Barry Plant, Ericka Wong, and together they sold the property well before auction day. And he did an outstanding job on the day of the auction too. I would argue he is a master craftsman at autioneering. I would recommend him anytime to anyone for his real estate services. All I can say is "thank you Mark" - he went above and beyond what was expected of him.
