In general, there are many bad experiences being told about real estate agent but not for us. Our journey with Mark was a very pleasant experience from the initial appraisal of our house until the conclusion of the auction. From the beginning Mark invested a lot time trying to understand our needs and expectations. This continues throughout the marketing campaign period for about 5 weeks with continual feedback about the responses from potential buyers. The weekly reports were very useful for us to understand the market situation and to prepare us to manage our own expectations of setting a reasonable reserve price for our house. As a vendor the biggest disappointment is when you don't get the price that you expected. Although our property was passed in after the auction the final price was reasonably close to the one appraised by three other agents. On this basis Mark was spot on in his ability to negotiate a price that is acceptable by the vendor and buyer (ie. market price). We are grateful to Mark's efforts to achieve a successful outcome as he has shown great empathy, honesty and commitment to us as a client. Always willing to listen, serve and accommodate his client's opinions he has demonstrated to be the ideal real estate agent ( a role model for the industry). We would unreservedly recommend Mark to any vendor who wishes to enlist a high performing and trustworthy real estate agent.

Mark worked tirelessly and diligently on the sale of our property. He was always honest and upfront at all times and did not sugarcoat any negative comments from buyers.When the property was passed in he advised us to refuse the lower offer that had been made and give him a week to sell the house. Within the week Mark had found a buyer and had negotiated the sale at the reserve price. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who wants to achieve the best price for their property.
