Jason was great to deal with, very professional and always kept the family informed. He was particularly sensitive and understood the emotional attachment to my parent's home and, for that, the family is extremely grateful. I know Victor because he sold my daughter’s house in Deer Park. He was very responsible and made sure that the house was looked after very well when she wasn’t there. The house was sold in 2 months and she got the price she wanted from the sale. I chose Victor to sell my house recently and he was up to date with everything and took good care of the house whenever we were not there. Victor goes out of his way to help the buyer and we can ring him at anytime if updates were needed. Victor is an easy and calm kind of guy and very approachable. Katelyn and Victor work well as team. We came to Victor and Barry Plant after an unsatisfactory experience with another Sunshine agent. We followed Victor's advice in making some changes and renovations. He and the BP team were able to get us a higher sale price (3%+ increase compared to other agent) and a faster sale (3 weeks for Victor vs 4 months with no sale for other agent). We appreciated Victor's calm, relaxed and professional demeanor throughout the process. He was always responsive and very easy to deal with.
