It was totally worth the up front cost to get barry plant involved. Phillip Nhu sold my unit in one day. He had buyers competing for price and sold for 12% above my asking price. Also he saved me advertisement fees, listing fees and billboard fees etc. So It cost me much less then first quoted. Highly recommended.
