From woe to go, Simon and his team demonstrated personal care for our needs and a willingness to act 'outside the square' of normal professional expectations to do everything they could to help us achieve our selling goals. Detail to attention, follow-up reporting and pro-active advice and suggestions only highlighted Simon's knowledge of the process and the market and his determination to ensure that clients are looked after the best way possible.

James is a consummate professional and his engaging personality makes him a pleasure to deal with. He was transparent in disclosing everything we needed to know to sell our property. He achieved remarkable results for us. Two days after our first open for inspection, James and his team negotiated an offer that met with our expectations and we accepted it. A very pain free sale. I highly recommend dealing with James to sell your property.
