We interviewed three agents and Stephanie Cosgrave at Biggin and Scott was our preferred agent. Stephanie and her team have surpassed our expectations due to their patient, professional and persistent approach to securing a high quality tenant at a rental towards the higher end of the market. We have appreciated the active communication via email, txt and in person. Stephanie also had good ideas about presenting the property and was able at short notice to secure high quality trades people to undertake some minor repairs and maintenance.

Alanna was fantastic in managing the rental of my property. At all stages through the process she discussed with me any issues that arose, kept me continually updated as to the various OFI and guided me through the process to a positive outcome. Where an issue arose she was a strong advocate for my situation. At all times she was respectful, a great listener, decision maker and polite. I find the agent Anna Skapetis who is the person I am dealing with efficient and professional. However, I find the Biggin and Scott processed a bit too complicated and the communication level between agency and client slow.
