HI I have already left a review and not had a call back. Biggin and Scott manage 3 of my properties and the service I have been received is exteremely bad. Reported maintenance items take months to be logged and executed. Three inspection reports were lost permanently and no record kept of the items to be attended to. All items take several follow ups

I purchased my investment property through Biggin Scott and have decided to use their property management team to look after rental for me. I approached them regarding this and received a response very quickly. Property was advertised as very professionally and within a week and only one inspection, they had found a tenant and had them signed up for a 12 month lease. So far they have kept me posted and have carried out everything they told me they would do.

When we first signed up with them we found their advice about length of lease etc and best times to have lease ending good and communication with our property manager was good. Over the following years as we have changed property managers we have found their staff to be unreliable in following up on concerns that we raised about the condition of our property as we changed tenants. They did not advise us that our tenants had chosen to go to a month by month rental arrangement, which we wouldn’t have accepted. So now we have a period with no tenant. They did not look into damage to our flooring after a washing machine leakage although we repeatedly requested it and then casually commented on it in the exit report with no plan for the floor to be repaired by the tenants. We requested that rubbish left by previous tenants in the courtyard be removed but had no follow up communication about it. We requested that glue marks on our cupboards from stickers be cleaned by previous tenants. We had no response from our manager and have no idea if it was ever done. If it was easy to change agents we would have done so.
