Had good knowledge of the value of our property to rent and recommended a realistic rental value which was accepted by a future tenant without the need hackle. Also communicated with us immediately when the unit became vacant and during the advertising and leasing process. We felt we were well informed and because we reside in a rural area it makes the process of handling leasing/maintenance easier particularly the agents are honest and reliable. We find Harrison an excellent representative for Biggin Scott who always informs us immediately there is an issue.
