A few week after the property had been advertised and no applications had been received, we visited the property. We realised that the bamboo plants at front and back of the property which previously looked pretty was now overgrown and gave the property a neglected look. It was disappointing that this was not brought to our attention. Previously, the property has attracted applications shortly after listing and it is unlikely that the neglected look of the property contributed to the lack of applications. We had the garden tidied and the property was leased thereafter.
