In recent months I was hesitant that a strong rent could be found for my 2 bed apartment in Richmond when my tenants gave notice. Not only was Jenn on the case the day I called, she had arranged for inspections to suit the tenants and let the apartment within days of appointment at a top rent. She also managed the end of lease inspections and hand over of keys to suit both the outgoing and incoming tenants with courtesy and professionalism. The apartment is rented prior to the existing tenants leaving. This is the service every landlord needs. Well done B&S!
