Jodie Potter was assigned as our agent to assist in the re-leasing of our apartment. Jodie provided excellent customer service by constantly keeping us abreast on its progress. Jodie would ring us every couple of days and relay the outcomes of recent inspections, submitted applications and how the market was reacting due to the COVID 19 restrictions. Jodie is always friendly, enthusiastic, positive and very knowledgeable. What impressed us the most was that Jodie always responded promptly to our calls and no task was too small or too hard for her to address. Our apartment was re-leased relatively quickly, considering the current difficult times. Thank you Jodie, we greatly appreciated your amazing attention to detail and fantastic level of service. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and commend the efforts and professionalism of Linda Cable. I have been fortunate to have Linda as the property manager of my investment property for the last year after a number of other property managers had moved on. Listing my property for rent during Covid was initially a concern given the amount of vacate properties available for lease. Thankfully, I was able to attract the right tenants for my property and now the property is leased again for 12 months due to Linda's excellent organisation and professional manner towards prospective tenants and myself as the landlord. Great communication and follow up from Linda ensured I was able to know and trust that my property was in good hands.
