We have had Jake Hovey as our property manager for the past 10 months, and he has recently managed the exit of the previous tenants, and the signing up of new tenants. We have been very impressed with his high level of service and management. We feel very confident with Jake, and the team at Biggin & Scott Richmond managing our property long-term. As overseas-based landlords, communication with our property manager is extremely important, and Jake is very responsive.
