Emily is thorough. professional, puts in the time, and harnesses the skills of her agency colleagues (specialist, auctioneers, office staff, publishing) and others (photographers, stylists, gardeners, ....) to achieve a superb number of views and visits, and a good sales result. She responded quickly to my initial contact and produced sales plans that could be put in place immediately. Emily was available at times which would be considered unsociable, and with good grace! I particularly appreciated 1. Her negotiating a phone auction for the vacant block (quite tricky) and 2. Her handling of my meeting the house purchaser after the auction, as in some situations - not mine thank goodness - there is the chance of some 'friction'; Emily and the auctioneer managed that brief encounter well.

She was able to sell the property within 3 weeks of going to market. Emily had sold several properties within Smith St Collingwood, and was able to achieve the highest price for a one bed unit in that building ever. Emily's service did not stop when the property sold, she was great to deal with and kept us informed in the month leading up to settlement. On settlement day the Convayencer's and the bank were moving slowly and the settlement time had passed. I made one call to Emily and again she sprang into action contacting the purchaser to get their Conveyancer to action something allowing the property to settle on the day scheduled. Without Emily's assistance that Friday afternoon I doubt the settlement would have gone through on the day.
