Emily was like an automated response team - constantly kept us updated with who, what, when, where, why. It was very reassuring. She looks glam, struts her agent heels 10 hours a day but remains very down to earth and easy to talk to, providing thoughtful guidance when we asked, but never pushy. She appears to never stop working even when she has a ‘day off’. Wish I had another property or two I could list! Totally recommend Emily, Chris O’Shannessy and the team at Biggin & Scott.

Emily built trust quickly and has an impressive knowledge of the market, a great eye for detail and a network of really good trades people who will drop tools to help you get what you need done. This resulted in a relatively stress free and efficient process and I felt confident that our house would present well. It did. During the sale, Emily kept us up to date with information on the level of interest and she always answered messages promptly. We sold before auction. When negotiations started the communication process and level of trust did not change. Both the sale price and the selling process exceeded expectations! Emily is amazing!
