I first met Emily around a year ago at an open for inspection when I was looking to buy a property. My first impression was that she was a very professional and engaging person who puts pride into her work. When I was looking to sell more recently, I had no hesitation in choosing her among the many agents in the area. Emily made the stress of selling a property so much easier. She has wonderful communication skills, and was so helpful through the process. After initially contacting Emily, we organised for her and one of the company directors to come and meet at my apartment. She spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many properties they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing great advice on selling my property. It's always unnerving knowing that there are many similar properties in the area, so potentially a lot of competition in an unpredictable market. Emily made the process incredibly easy and went the extra mile to ensure that my property had every chance of selling. When I saw my listing on-line, I was blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a property really paid off - the listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The first buyer that saw the property put in an offer. The apartment went under contract 4 days after I put it on the market, at the asking price. I accepted the offer, and Emily walked me through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Emily and the team at Biggin and Scott (Richmond) to anyone who is looking to sell their property in the Richmond area. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice person. I realise it won't always be this easy to sell your property, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better agent.

I purchased my house through Andrew 10yrs ago. They got a great result for the vendor when I purchased, but similarly, when it came time for me to sell, Andrew and his team did a great job with the marketing and sale of the property for me. I'm not a fan of real estate agents in general, but Andrew is a noted exception. I have a lot of time for Andrew and value his advice. He is an expert on the Richhmond market. I believe he is open, honest, transparent, communicative throughout the process, and understanding that this is a significant investment for most people, and either buying or selling can be a stressful time for everyone. Andrew and his team do their best to minimise this and get the deal done. Both Andrew and his team are professional, courteous, friendly and pleasant to deal with and focused on the deal, and you always feel he is providing you with the right advice to equip you to make the right decision. No high pressure tactics for either vendor or purchaser. They literally ticked every box, it wasn't even worthwhile even consulting anyone else. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew or his team if you are thinking of purchasing in Richmond, they dominate that market for sales and rental for good reason.

My husband and I loved working with Emily. She did everything possible to get a good price for our property. I really, really appreciated her communication, I could contact her anytime I needed and she always kept me in the loop. Nothing was ever too hard for Emily. Best of all (because this is actually quite rare) she did everything she said she’d do, and in an impressively fast timeframe. We were very happy and would love to work with her again in the future.
