Responsive Agents :)
Alanna was Professional and knowledgeable and very responsive to every question we had. Her communication regarding viewings and potential tenants was top notch and she organised photographs and had the apartment on the market within no time. Our only complaint was the notification of the handover inspection with the wrong date and time being advised.

Biggin & Scott, have been extremely friendly and helpful. The team are always available when needed. They also respond back very quickly to emails as well as phone calls. Prompt and efficient action in renting out our property
We were impressed with the speed in which Biggin Scott, after being asked to take on the leasing management a/ got the website advertising up and running almost immediately and fine tuned to our requests b/ set up open inspections and commenced these earlier than we expected and c/ reported on each inspection by sms and email on how many people inspected and their level of interest. The process was smooth and efficient.
