We listed our home with Edward and his team of Biggin & Scott Richmond. What a smooth operation he runs with his three person team - Ed, James and Tabitha. The appraisal and listing appointment was informative but concise. He oozed area and market knowledge along with recommending a sales and marketing strategy that suited us and our home.
