I am so happy that I marketed my Burnley home with Edward Hobbs and Tabitha Robb from Biggin & Scott. Great result beyond expectations, but I also had a wonderful time working with the combined talents of this team during what's supposed to be a fairly traumatic period. Choice of commission rates, input into advertising and marketing, excellent project management of pre-sale works, great tradies, remarkable furnishings and photography. And when adverse events threatened eg Council notice, neighbour's planning application, these were handled with skill, tact and knowledge born of experience. Plenty of meaningful feedback during the campaign and extensive tracking and follow-up of interested buyers. Edward is always up to speed, even on the little things, the one percenters. I felt throughout the whole campaign that Julie had our best interest at heart. Communication was brilliant she would call me or Email me almost on a daily basis And we needed that being so far away.
