I was looking for an agent with extensive knowledge of the market and a track record of achieving results in my area. Competent agents know what a property is worth and what they can convince a buyer to pay - Kel achieved a price for my property with which I was extremely satisfied. In my opinion, Kel provided a realistic market appraisal of the property and his advice on how best to present my home was practical. I felt that I had the right agent on my side and working for me - not the buyer. I also greatly appreciated the support given by Kel's team of people in helping me through all aspects of getting my property ready for sale, such as handyman services, smoke alarm compliance, building and pest inspection, Brisbane City Council conveyance searches. Kel and his team were always a pleasure to deal with, professional, willing and dedicated to getting feet through our door. I do not believe that Kel pressurised any interested buyers and that, rather, he had a very good way of keeping them interested whilst coming across very fairly for both the buyer and us as the sellers.
