Jacob did a fantastic job, his knowledge of the local area, his down earth and professional attitude made the whole selling process a breeze. His followup even after the sale was fantastic. Would highly recommend Jacob when you need a realtor.

Selling your home always brings with it a certain amount of stress. However, Deron and his team were very professional and communicated extremely well to keep us up to speed with all developments, which helped to keep the stress levels down. I have no hesitation in recommending Deron and his team to anyone considering selling their home.

As this was my first experience selling a property I am very happy we went with Saeed from Brisbane real estate. Saeed was more than helpful with his advise regarding the property itself , as well as the correct way to present the house to the market . He believed he could get our asking price from the beginning and managed to come through. We had a couple of hiccups along the way , but Saeed stayed confident as well as professional and made our property sale a success. I found Saeed Moghaddam a very pleasant person to correspond with and would recommend him and the team at Brisbane real estate for any of your property needs.

Saeed came highly recommended and he did not dissapoint. Very professional but also friendly and caring. He went above and beyond to get us the price we were after in a timely manner and was able to achieve above the market price.

Deron works hard to make sure that things run smoothly. He always had a back up plan in case something went wrong (which it didn’t). Professional and knowledgable, we always felt confident that he was doing his best for us.

We have now bought and sold with Saeed as our agent. Always professional, honest and develops a personal friendship you can trust. Clearly articulated his selling strategy and the type of buyer we needed to sell our home. Always communicated updates as to how the process was going and he was able to sell before auction at a price all parties were happy with. Thanks Saeed, you exceeded our expectations.

Saeed was a pleasure to deal with. We kept informed and up to date on all details from start to finish and felt very comfortable with his advice. Would happily deal with him again.

Kel and his team were flawless in their communication, knowledge and professionalism during the course of selling our home. We felt that we could trust their advice and management of all aspects from pre-sale suggestions right through to preparing for settlement. The service from Brisbane Real Estate was exemplary and their extended team was always helpful, efficient and professional. We would recommend Kel, Mitch and the team without hesitation.

I was looking for an agent with extensive knowledge of the market and a track record of achieving results in my area. Competent agents know what a property is worth and what they can convince a buyer to pay - Kel achieved a price for my property with which I was extremely satisfied. In my opinion, Kel provided a realistic market appraisal of the property and his advice on how best to present my home was practical. I felt that I had the right agent on my side and working for me - not the buyer. I also greatly appreciated the support given by Kel's team of people in helping me through all aspects of getting my property ready for sale, such as handyman services, smoke alarm compliance, building and pest inspection, Brisbane City Council conveyance searches. The administrative backup was good, prompt and reliable. Although agents can be notorious for putting on the charm, I found Kel to be someone that was easy and straightforward to deal with. Well done Kel. Thank you

We interviewed 3 agents when we wanted to sell our property and Kel came out streets ahead. In terms of professionalism, he couldn’t be bettered. Support staff were as helpful and professional as he was. The process was clear and defined and the communication was excellent. Special mention to Laura, who was always responsive and willing. Definitely the right choice for us. We’re about to celebrate tonight as the settlement was just confirmed 🤗
