Deron went out of his way to make our purchase as seamless and pain free as possible. Gave great advice to us at contract time and even visited well after hours with updates.Also provide us with professional advice when we became confused with the sale of our property even though he wasn't the selling agent. I purchased my new home sight unseen from New Zealand - James was my life line in this process. He was totally proactive in guiding me thru the process which was slightly different from NZ. I had found other agents just not interested in dealing with me - maybe purchasing from NZ was too hard for them. Even broke my wrist on moving in day, he sorted a small plumbing issue that arose as well, telling me to worry about me and he will sort the house and plumbing issue.
