We have lived in our home for over 20 years and finally decided to downsize. Not having gone through this process for quite some time, we were very apprehensive. I contacted Saeed from Brisbane Real Estate who has extensive knowledge of our suburb. Saeed and Ben made the whole process quite easy - and a contract on our home in one week! They are straight shooters, and kept in touch with us at every turn. Very happy with our result.

Kel is a great team mate in the process of selling your home. We had a good relationship, his estimates on property value and sales climates were pretty much spot on. His feedback was honest and informative. His Team were both professional and courteous. I have no worries in recommending Kel.

As a retired couple downsizing from a 2 storey home, we had a list of inclusions and attributes to incorporate into our future home. After inspecting a few homes which did not meet our requirements, we visited a property which Saeed was presenting to the market with Brisbane Real Estate. He immediately engaged with us in a sincere open approachable and friendly manner and was able to provide answers to our questions about the property promptly and reassuringly. He made our journey to our next property a satisfying experience and we highly recommend Saeed's experience and knowledge in the real estate market.

Saeed is an experienced and easygoing person. He responds quickly every time so he is helpful and reliable. He had helped me as a first home buyer to understand the whole processing of buying a property. I really appreciate it. If I sold my property in the future I would choose Saeed to be my agent.

Saeed and Ben partnered with us to understand what we were looking for, and made a great effort to help us narrow down some options. Saeed has great knowledge of the area, and has helped other people we know buy and sell their properties. He came highly recommended, and we in turn would highly recommend him and his team to anyone else looking for help with their property.

Saeed was so professional and helpful with our sale. Great advice! He also got us an incredible price for our place which was much higher than expected by any other agent in the area. Would not use anyone else to sell our houses!
