This lot was one of our most challenging lots due to its position within the development. You achieved the absolute best outcome for me well done Brian. I will certainly choose you again without any hesitation to sell any future projects that I will develop in the future. Thank you, Brian, for all your hard work.
Brian Webster
Brian showed exceptional patience and willingness to achieve the best outcome considering he had to re-sell this lot due to unforeseen circumstances. Brian is very loyal and trustworthy in my dealings with him and showed outstanding patience and resilience during the long process of subdivision.
Brian Webster
I chose Brian to sell our development as he has an excellent track record in the area selling mostly all of the local development sites in recent years. I was particularly impressed with this sale as he achieved the highest sale per m2 of all land sold locally to date.
