Kel has been involved in the sale of four properties and partly a fifth with our family and we have found him professional, friendly and always direct and available to discuss issues, the fifth property where Kel was only partly involved in I would say is one we are not impressed with, very unprofessional, misinformation and lack of communication which has cost us dearly, not Kel’s fault directly and he did help in finding a compromise Any future dealings with Brisbane Real Estate will be with Kel or not at all Thanks Stu Strain

Deron had sold two of three properties in my street over recent months, I gather these were for record prices relative to the size and capacity of each home. He was outstanding. He called me with information when he promised to do so, unlike other agents. Having tried to sell my home yet failed to do so through another ‘high achieving’ agent on this ranking system, I would never list my property in 4069 with anyone other than Deron. There are no histrionics, just information backed up by data. His assistant, Krystal is highly attentive and so sincere. It’s cliche, but having listed my properties in ‘4069’ previously, I will never list properties here with anyone other than Deron, and Krystal, who are highly attentive and in my experience, very loyal.
