A striver who works hard for his clients
Like politicians, real estate agents are an area of human endeavour criticised oftentimes when they fail to deliver on their promises and yet are taken for granted or go unacknowledged most times when they do deliver. Let me say straight away that Daron Wang delivered for us. He positioned our property perfectly in the minds of his target market and, when the auction bidding had run out of steam and others wanted us to accept a bid below the reserve price, it was Daron who worked tirelessly to drive the price up to where we needed it to be.

Deron has been a genuine please to work with as we were selling our family home.
We found Deron to be always prompt and courteous. He has extensive knowledge regarding Kenmore and the surrounds. He is hard working 24x7 and nothing seems to difficult for him. He has great connections for trades. Everything you need to market your home at its best. And most of all Deron doesn't set your expectations above what it achievable, but he strives to go above and beyond.

He is genuinely working for the vendor's interest
After a conversation with Deron, I felt this guy was full of confidence and I trusted him he can sell my property for an unexpected price. He also managed to convince me to put the property on auction which I was sceptical at first. He is genuinely working for the vendor's interest. With his superb professionalism, honesty, intelligence and hard work, he has done it all. He once again achieved the highest price for the property under the hammer. For an agent who is local to the core, has your best interests at heart and really wants to understand you and what you want to achieve, Brian is your agent for 4070!! Brian was exceptional in his commitment to selling our home. Our home wasn't your usual bread and butter home and with Brian's persistence and support, we unregrettably sold our beautiful home. Brian did not pressure us at any time, nor our potential buyers, and he communicated with us more than you would expect from an agent. (We also bought our new house through Brian!! And we will not hesitate to pick up the phone and engage him again if we ever have to.)

Smooth Sale
