James is by far the best agent, knows how to sell Property and return calls, negotiate, just follow his lead and you will get what you want. He works with really skilled people, the videos and photos are awesome. He works hard, earns his money for sure

Highly professional

Brilliant experience

Another brilliant result
This has been the second time we have sold our property with Brian and I couldn't recommend him and Lachlan enough. James was everything we didn't know we needed!
We saw James at the open house and from the moment we met, he was there for us with anything we needed. He went above and beyond our requests, which made things run with confidence on our end. He had intimate knowledge of the house, the street the area. This was helpful to a family new, and with no knowledge of the area. James represented the seller and their wishes with fineness, whilst treating us with respect and encouragement. He's the perfect middle man! We couldn't have done this without you! Thank you James!!

10 out of 10!
From the very beginning James and I were on the same page. If it wasn’t for him I would not have received the result I did. The campaign he ran was outstanding and in my opinion went above and beyond what most realtors would do. James kept me informed for the whole ride, he did all the work while I sat back and watched. And to top it all off he’s a really great bloke. I highly recommend James, he completely exceeded my expectations.
