We had not bought or sold property for 20 years so we were not sure what to expect when we decided to sell but we did worry about an emotional and anxious process. From the beginning however we had a good relationship with Kel. We always felt we could have open and frank discussions. This became very important when vital questions such as likely price and sale conditions were being considered. Ultimately we sold the house for what we thought was a fair price and also reasonable terms. Importantly we didn't feel we were pushed or pressured to sell or agree a price that we thought unreasonable. In the end the process didn't cause the angst we feared. Kel deserves credit for handling our concerns and delivering a good outcome. We would certainly recommend Kel to prospective buyers and sellers.

If you need your property sold this is the man I would highly recommend you need to go with as he runs an exceptional agency. He is different to other agents, not pushy and he will do the best for you. He has a great team on board and will be there for you throughout the whole process. He gives long open inspections whereas the other agents give 15 minutes (not long enough for people to view homes). He knows how to sell properties and sell them quickly.
