In the current market, it is geared for sellers. After 6 months of offers, open houses, and heart break - my partner and I were ready to give up. That was until we went to an open home of James’s. After dealing with disinterested agents for months, I was quite surprised to get someone who took the time to find out what I was looking for - and also to get to know me. After listening to our wants and needs, we were advised that he had something coming up in a couple of weeks. Pete and I sold 3 properties with James Rose within a 6 month period. We decided to give James a go at selling a bit of a stubborn property we had after meeting up with him. James was always a phone call away when we had any queries, always worked for our best interest and he has a special down to earth charm about him. We all worked well together, and property no 1 finally went to a happy home owner for a very good sale price. It is lovely property with good bones, just needed James to show the potential it has. We then had a duplex to sell that I had strata titled . James was helpfull through that process , and once strata was done we were getting very good offers and both units sold very quickly for a price that was more than we expected once again.
