Brian gave us a good feeling right from the start. Incredibly jovial, he was genuinely interested in our plans and future as a family. The time came when we needed to go to market fast, and we needed a contract quickly with favourable conditions regarding dates. Not only did he achieve this, but he did so at a good price. He threw everything at our first weekend of open inspections, and came out the other side with the contract we needed. Proffessionals proffessionals Kel and Bens team got the price we wanted, sold off market in a week. Could not believe the ease of the sale. Selling property well requires a partnership. In my case I was selling an acreage at Moggill that had been a family home for 34 years. I was proud of my house and garden and kept them well presented. I needed an agent who could match that commitment and be there through the entire process. Brian Webster of Brisbane Real Estate, a funny self deprecating Scot was my man. Why? Brian communicated well and regularly. I was always kept in the loop about each and every detail, by phone, (which means it was a two-way conversation.) Brian understood that with my property he had to sell a lifestyle not just a house. The property had a mature garden with tennis court and pool. It was our retreat.
