When you are informed that the property valuation should be around $X and "we have a list of potential buyers already" etc etc. And the first offer submitted to you is $90k short of that valuation and being informed "it's a good offer" ? And you see three other homes sold around you (by other agents) at a much higher price ..... you start to question your choice of agents! Had to chase Brisbane Reality - to find out the number of people through and their feedback ... and what was happening with contracts / not good etc Would never use this company again, seem to be only interested in getting the fastest Sale to get to their "COMMISSION" !
