It was great dealing with Brian during our quest to secure our first home in Australia. He was knowledgeable on the Moggill area, understanding of our needs, guided us through the home buying process and really helped us to secure a gem of a property. I imagine it's rare to find a property expert that is truly successful in managing the expectations and needs of both the buyers and sellers in a sale, but I believe Brian did just that in our case. I would be more than happy to deal with Brian in the future.

We chose Brian after reviewing the local feedback forums and Brian's name kept rising to the top. Brian is well proven in the area by past performances so we had no problems trusting his judgement as we were 5000km away in WA. In a slow market Brian was determined to hit our number and did so in a short time. We have no problems recommending Brian to anyone looking for a straight shooter that gets results.

Brian knows the local area better than any other real estate agent I met in the last six months. I found him to be knowledgeable and fair - in no way pushy. Brian took the time to understand what I was looking for - he listened! He was proactive in suggesting things I should inspect or consider. From inspection, to offer to settlement, Brian communicated exceptionally well. It was a pleasure purchasing my new home in Moggill. I would highly recommend using Brian as an agent.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Saeed for helping our group sell our commercial lake side land. Saeed came on board without hesitation, after we’d been dealing with multiple agents - and took on a challenging site. He managed to find an interstate developer and then step by step dealt with buyer and council to negotiate a great deal. We are forever thankful. Regards, Dr Safa Souzani
