We first met Brian two and a half years ago when we purchased 17 Outlook Place, our dream block. He was the agent for the whole of Manooka Estate, a large area with a lot of blocks of varying sizes and slopes, many of which were still being formed. Brian was very helpful and although we knew what we wanted, he oversaw our purchase with professionalism. Unfortunately, due to a sudden change of circumstance, our situation changed from an owner ready to build, to a seller.
