If you are trying to decide who to choose to sell your property, look no further than Saeed. He is very professional, very personable - AND knowledgeable. I found working with him a very comfortable experience, and profitable. After you have established a guideline as to your property's worth, and told him the lowest offer you are prepared to accept, he works non-stop until he gets that price, or more. In my case we agreed to list as "Selling Now" and he quickly gained an insight into what people indicated they thought our property was worth. We never deviated from that approach and I am confident that through him, we achieved a better price than we would have got by using another agent. Would I use him again? DEFINITELY !
