From the first time we met Brian we knew he was the agent for us. It was the first time we had sold a property in Australia, so we were very cautious as we had heard lots of horror stories from friends about real estates here. After researching and visiting open houses in the Moggill area to get a feel for how they all dealt with people it was quickly apparent that Brian was the one we were going to choose. Most agents like to tell you your house is worth whatever they think you want to hear and then once they have you on there books tell you that you will need to drop your price to sell it, but Brian was upfront and honest about the value of our property and gave us a valuation that we felt was on par with the market and properties in the area. Even before the photographs were taken and online we had viewings and within 4 weeks we had sold our property. His communication through the whole process was professional and his negotiation with our buyers to achieve the sale at the price we wanted was impressive. For anyone that is looking to sell there property and looking for an agent that they can trust and who will have there best interest at heart Brian is the person. I would absolutely recommend you to speak to Brian first before making the decision to go with anyone else.
