From the first time we met Brian we knew he was the agent for us. It was the first time we had sold a property in Australia, so we were very cautious as we had heard lots of horror stories from friends about real estates here. After researching and visiting open houses in the Moggill area to get a feel for how they all dealt with people it was quickly apparent that Brian was the one we were going to choose. Most agents like to tell you your house is worth whatever they think you want to hear and then once they have you on there books tell you that you will need to drop your price to sell it, but Brian was upfront and honest about the value of our property and gave us a valuation that we felt was on par with the market and properties in the area. Even before the photographs were taken and online we had viewings and within 4 weeks we had sold our property. His communication through the whole process was professional and his negotiation with our buyers to achieve the sale at the price we wanted was impressive. For anyone that is looking to sell there property and looking for an agent that they can trust and who will have there best interest at heart Brian is the person. I would absolutely recommend you to speak to Brian first before making the decision to go with anyone else.

We have dealt with Brian on two occasions now and his service is second to none. Communication and follow up with Brian has been excellent. His reputation in our area is Number One and for good reason. We were extremely happy both as a buyer and seller and that in my mind says it all....Many thanks to Brian and I will happily reccomend him to any one looking for an agent in our neighbourhood. Our house was difficult to sell because of the internal layout. Brian managed to use other assets of the house as selling points which worked well. All thanks to you Brian for your tenacity and vision.

Saeed made the purchase of first home very easy and stress free. We have had the pleasure of meeting Saeed at a number of open houses not exactly what we were after and were delighted when Saeed contacted us with the perfect property. Saeed is the most genuine and wonderful real estate agent and all around amazing person. From our first private inspection, signing the contract to picking up the keys (and receiving a beautiful gift basket!) we have been so grateful for Saeed’s professionalism and genuine nature. We will buy and sell through Saeed again without a doubt. We can not recommend Saeed enough nor thank him for making this such an easy and stress free process. Many, many thanks! Emily & Ben

Brian had the challenging task of taking on our property for sale after it had sat on the market for a number of months and within 1 week we had an offer we wanted and the place was sold. No stress and a positive result quickly, what more could you ask for.

We were happy with the result that Saeed achieved for us with the sale of our home. Saeed is very professional and takes his job seriously. Nothing was too much of an effort for him and once signed up he wasted no time in getting people to view our home. He was doing 2 open houses each week and even if we were away he would open up the house and get it ready for showing. We would have no hesitation in recommending Saeed to anyone looking for a real estate sales agent. Paul & Merilyn
