Saeed Moghaddam has restored my faith in Real Estate agents in Brisbane. We were starting to get disillusioned when a lot of agents would not even bother to return our calls & respond to our messages. Saeed's performance from start to finish has been nothing short of impeccable! The communication has been beyond excellent and any issues or questions we had answered and sorted out very promptly. On top of all of that Saeed is a good guy and we will definitely catch with him again in the future. My wife & I have discussed our experience with Saeed and he will definitely be the only agent we will use in Brisbane for future real estate transactions.

Brian, we would like to thank your for helping sell our property in Moggill. Right from the first meeting we knew you were the type of agent we would feel comfortable dealing with and trusting. There was never any question about the sale price expectations not being met and at all times felt you were being honest and straight forward with us. From sold at the 1st open home to unconditional in 6 days was brilliant. Thank you again. We highly recommend your services. Col & Sharon

Jarrod Hooley is a bright, approachable and friendly young man who has obviously learnt much about the real estate industry in a relatively short period of time. We found that Jarrod acted for us in the sale of our home in a professional and ethical manner. He kept us well informed on progress with advertising and negotiations and involved us fully when decisions needed to be made. He handled all aspects of the sale with enthusiasm and tenacity and put much time and effort into arriving at a satisfactory outcome. We have no hesitation in recommending Jarrod to prospective sellers or buyers and feel confident that he will continue to succeed in his chosen profession.

Brian was very welcoming & enthusiastic, easy to deal with and willing to assist but not forceful in his approach. He is flexible with his availability & always prompt to reply to any queries. I really appreciated his professional yet relaxed manner.

On recommendation we approached Mr Saeed Moghaddam to market our house in Forest Lake. His professional approach to the presentation was both thorough and precise with enthusiasm and interest. We successfully sold with confidence on a particularly hard market through his efforts alone. We happily recommend his services to all........thank you Saeed.

Brian is personable and professional and was of great assistance in negotiating and navigating the purchase of our first home from offer to contract stage. We are very happy in our new home. Thanks Brian!

It is always a little daunting when choosing someone to sell your property when you don't know them, they live in another city, and you have nothing to go on but a voice over the phone. That is what we had to contend with when selling one of our properties. Brian Webster, was not only wonderful in getting our house over the line, but treated our tenant with respect. Brian was in constant contact with us during the whole process leaving us with faith that there are good agents out there. It was also to ours and the tenants benefit that the settlement date was brought forward. The whole sale process was smooth due to good communication. We would have no hesitation in recommending Brian, and wish all those that do engage Brian for their property needs have the same outstanding service that he afforded us.

After scrutinising agents in the area where we owned a property we selected Brian to act in the sale on our behalf and we are so glad we did. After receiving a totally unrealistic sales appraisal from another agent Brian gently and tactfully steered us in the right direction of our property's worth and proceeded to secure a contract within approximately 5 weeks. He kept us informed via phone and email throughout the process and went out of his way to assist us over and above normal sales duties for which we are extremely grateful. We would thoroughly recommend Brian to anybody selling property and intend securing his services again in the very near future. M & R Scott

First impression was not great, some of his marketing spiel was a little misguided. However, overall Saeed was very friendly, helpful, informative and made purchasing a property a happy experience.
