Saeed has shown credibility, nice pacing in following up everything in the whole buying process. He is also succinct in communicating and effective in negotiating. We met Saeed when he was standing in the entry of our new house. It wasn't our house at that time. We were on our way back from the shops in the Village when we saw his open home sign.
