We listed two investment properties we had to sell with Saeed and the whole process was quick and we had little involvement as he constantly updated us and when sold organised and took the stress out by doing so much. We found Saeed to be open and honest and we have nothing but praise for the excellent job he did. We had brought a home 10 years previously through Saeed- and as a buyer he ticked all the boxes and got us our dream home which we still dearly love. We would highly recommend Saeed as he really worked hard and got the results we wanted. He certainly put in the hours and it was not unusual for him to be showing buyers through on weekends and out of hours. If ever we need to buy or sell we would be definately be calling Saeed again! Saeed looks at the positive aspects of a property and is very factual in his approach. Saeed has excellent references and keeps you update regularly on the selling interest of a home.
