I have worked with many agents over the years in a professional capacity as I am a Mortgage Broker. As I know so many agents and are also close friends with many it is never an easy job when you have to work out who will list your property to sell. Originally I went with my heart and our beautiful home sat on the Market for almost 3 mths, then I made the decision to look for a top agent even if the office was in a totally different area. Late one afternoon I rang Saeed and told him that we were having issues trying to sell the investment property that was more a family home and could he help and help he did. We had a lot of potential buyers through the property with two contracts (both fell over due to Finance and Building/Pest - no issues with property) plus lots of other offers that were not in the right ball park all within a few short weeks. Last week we had another contract for the right money, and within a week it is unconditional. Saeed was always in contact, day or night whether it was a phone call, text or email. Anything new, we knew about it which was fabulous as we have not had that experience before with agents. In particular, his attention to detail and his very thorough communication skills, made the process of selling my property simple and stress free. After a few weeks of searching, for a parcel of land for immediate building, with other service providers, God directed me to see Mr Saeed Maghaddam. After explaining my need, Saeed immediately typed whatever with his phone, then his laptop, and straight away gave a contract for me to sign. I was speechless and so amazed with the excellent service and high level of professionalism especially in relating to immediately meet the need of a customer in a cheap and simple way. We listed two investment properties we had to sell with Saeed and the whole process was quick and we had little involvement as he constantly updated us and when sold organised and took the stress out by doing so much. We found Saeed to be open and honest and we have nothing but praise for the excellent job he did. We had brought a home 10 years previously through Saeed- and as a buyer he ticked all the boxes and got us our dream home which we still dearly love.
