Simon was recommended to us by friends who he represented in a sale and a big thanks to our friends for that! Simon worked hard! I fulfilled my Mother's wish to use Andrew to sell the family home when the time was right. It was an enormous decision to part with the house that I grew up in but with Andrew's guidance and great advice it was an easy process. He kept me totally informed, attended each open and personally called the buyers throughout the campaign. The Auction was stress free, ran exactly as he promised and we sold under the hammer, well and truely exceeding the reserve. The team he organised to assist on the day also did an excellent job. I recently engaged Angelo once again to manage the sale of an investment property. I've always rated his negotiation skills, which certainly came into play once again. After the home was passed in at the auction I observed Angelo's professionalism as he worked hard to turn around a seemingly impossible situation given the purchasers' family dynamics, to successfully effect a win-win purchase / sale for both parties; the whole post auction process took almost 2 hours.
