Simon's knowledge of the market is exemplary, he knows East Bentleigh inside out! His advice was insightful and he guided us throughout the process. He was very respectful of our limitations / choices - and helped us both off and on market. He was available at all times, and I can certainly say that he exceeded expectations - in terms of making the process as seamless as possible. I have no hesitation referring to anyone who is considering selling their home.

I had the pleasure of working with Simon for the sale of my property in Bentleigh East. Simon delivered exactly what I wanted. A FAST sale, for a great price without me having to really lift a finger. If you're looking for an agent to sell your property in the Bentleigh area, you would be mad to not give Simon a call. He will most likely have a buyer for your property ready to go.
