Angelo was the ultimate professional to deal with. His attention to detail, follow up and genuine care for his work was exceptional. I am grateful to have worked with Angelo and would recommend him highly as well as using his services in the future.

Simons communication was second to none. On auction day Simon provided me with a lot of reassurance and despite a challenge audience, got a fantastic result in a market fueled with uncertainty and doubt.

For the last nine years we have been developing many properties in the bentleigh east area and thus have had the honour to work with Simon. You can always count on Simon’s reliability, trust and organisation. I have seen Simon work tirelessly and strongly believe he is one of the best agents.

Simon assisted us in buying a property he was selling - unlike many other agents we dealt with during the search, he was friendly, helpful and genuine in his efforts to see us buy our dream home. We appreciated he was honest and didn't fluff about. Simon was flexible in showing us the property, aiding us through the contract stage and settlement period. I'd highly recommend working with Simon as an agent from both a buying and selling perspective.

Simon was such a great agent to sell our house. He was professional, personal, down to earth and supportive the whole way through. Its so nerve racking selling your house but Simon made the process totally seamless. He took into account our goals and really got the job done. When choosing an agent I spoke to a lot. They all seemed the same but then I met Simon! He was an absolute breath of fresh air & the opposite of the agents I’d already spoken to who represent big companies in the local area. He and his team made the process of selling my home completely off market, it was so easy and stress free. The outcome achieved was outstanding & beyond my expectations.

Simon gave us great tips and trades contacts for our renovation and then ran a great campaign for the sale of the property. Simon is completely trustworthy and gave us honest and open feedback throughout the campaign. He was also open to our feedback and took into consideration our needs and requirements while negotiating a great price for the property.

I had met Simon on a number of occasions at different open for inspections. The houses were lovely but not right for us. Simon asked a lot of questions to find out what we were looking for and called out of the blue with a house that was yet to be marketed. He gave us the opportunity to view the house prior to being advertised and it was perfect for us. The owner was prepared to sell before auction so we were able to finalise the sale on the same day and were very happy with the price we paid feeling it was reasonable and fair. During our settlement period he was available to answer questions and recommended some trades people for some work we wanted to do to the house. Nothing was too much trouble. He was incredibly helpful and was always available and we felt he was genuine.

Angelo made the process of selling our home a very calm and easy experience. Angelo was always available for us at any time of the day and importantly he was always available for prospective buyers. His understanding of the local and surrounding markets is outstanding. Will use Angelo to sell our future properties.
