I had met Simon on a number of occasions at different open for inspections. The houses were lovely but not right for us. Simon asked a lot of questions to find out what we were looking for and called out of the blue with a house that was yet to be marketed. He gave us the opportunity to view the house prior to being advertised and it was perfect for us. The owner was prepared to sell before auction so we were able to finalise the sale on the same day and were very happy with the price we paid feeling it was reasonable and fair. During our settlement period he was available to answer questions and recommended some trades people for some work we wanted to do to the house. Nothing was too much trouble. He was incredibly helpful and was always available and we felt he was genuine.

We got to know Angelo when we he was representing the seller of the property that we bought. What strikes us most is that he’s a very fair and reasonable agent to both the seller and buyer. He’s honest and presents the truth to us in a very tactful manner. What we love about Angelo most is his personal touches. Like leaving a few lights on for us after an evening inspection when he knows that we won’t be home so soon. I don’t think we can find another agent that can surpass Angelo.
